Ordering and Keeping in Contact:
First of all we love keeping in contact so that’s one bit of good news!
Once your order is placed with Designs and Such, we will send you a confirmation email to remind you of what you have purchased and the total price for your order.
We will send you an email again (see, we love emails) when your order is on its way to you! Yay, exciting stuff.
Postage and Delivery:
Generally, orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days of ordering with us. This gives us enough time to make your item all pretty and package it up safely, or even make it if it is a made to order piece. If you need Special Delivery please contact us.
We love every item we make, so each piece is very personal to us which is why we don’t dispatch immediately. We want everything to be just right for you.
Order payments with Designs and Such is processed through Paypal. You will be directed to this page at the Checkout. You don’t need a Paypal account you can still use your normal debit/credit card!
Postage is calculated at Checkout. It includes all the pretty packaging too, that is recyclable and reusable.

Homemade Items:
All items are homemade, so items may vary from piece to piece. The photographs should represent the products well enough for you to fall in love with them.
Returns and Refunds:
